Sue Montgomery, RN, BSN, CHPN, Professional Organizer, is our company’s founder and lead organizer. Sue’s been a nurse for over 26 years in both the hospital and hospice environments and is passionate about empowering her clients to take charge of their lives.She’s committed to providing excellent, efficient, organized, caring and compassionate service for her clients.

Sue’s been a caregiver for both of her parents, and has aided them through multiple downsizing projects. Several years after the death of her dad in 2000, Sue’s mom moved to Florida, providing her with the opportunity and privilege of assisting her with moves, downsizes, and ongoing healthcare needs. These experiences and those with her patients over the years have created the passion Sue feels for helping seniors face the unique challenges they encounter every day.

“My mom, my dad, and my former patients are my inspiration and motivation for providing these essential organizing services to seniors who need more help than they often have access to. There are many electronic health information systems available to the technically savy in the public today. But not everyone in the public is technically savy. Dave Montgomery, AAP, Professional Organizer, is Sue’s husband and business partner. Dave specializes in marketing and sales for our original product, The STATKey® Medical Flashdrive. Dave’s background in counseling, love for people, professionalism, and commitment to excellent customer service are unique skills that he brings to the clients. Dave is known and loved by the many seniors he has befriended in his community.

Betty Scott, BSEd., MSEd., Systems Consultant, is Sue’s mom and the i

nspiration for creation of the STATKey® Health Information Organizing System. Betty provides consultative services for all aspects of this system, as well as all other services provided to seniors. As a senior, she provides a unique perspective regarding creating the very best services for her peers. A retired teacher, Betty brings highly valued skills to the company and is very involved in supporting marketing, sales, and ongoing consultation.

Although the staff at Organize The Essentials, LLC is passionate about working with seniors, they also believe in the necessity of preparation for anyone of any age.
